Investigations service providers discussing about electronic processing

R.Q. Investigations

Change is happening all around us and in the work environment.  It is our decision if we would like things to stay the same for the new york private investigators or embrace new options for investigations. As technology is constantly changing, law firms may develop new ways of communication or pass a bill that could affect the service of process.

Law firms are now depended on technology to interact with courts, opposing counsel, their customers, and their vendors. Electronic service of process is becoming more common where they might pass out a new bill. They use electronic transmission option to send out legal documents.

In Courts, they have shifted to e-Filing and e-Service after the first Appellate Court cases, allowing a summons and complaint to be served electronically.  Today process serving agencies operate every aspect of their business electronically.  Communications are faster, cheaper, and more accessible. Assignments are placed online, received online and dispatched electronically.  Customers receive proofs of service, reports and invoices electronically without using any paper.

Process Servers Customers are e-Filing legal documents in jurisdictions all over the country.  In some cases customers do not use paper at all; they either sign on the electronic document or do not sign at all.
One of the disadvantages of the process servers is the power to decide if we want to be part of the solution.  Some suggest process servers must protect a key element by insisting that no matter what change or shift happens the concept of a disinterested third party can attest to the facts.

For the vast majority of the process servers bill could result in more cases being filed against foreign manufactures.  Countries who will see this threat first are India, China, Great Britain, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.  Already in New Zealand and Australia courts have sent service of process electronically to a defendant’s Facebook account.
